Application
When the application is turned in an application fee of $25 applies and applies to all turning in applications (cosigners as well). If anyone else will be living (residing) with you and they are over 18 years old they will need to fill out an application as well. We run a credit and criminal background check on everyone that is looking to move into Westwood and all cosigners, we do not allow anyone with felonies to reside in Westwood. If you are a student, not over the age of 22, do not have any credit established and have not been at your place of full time employment for longer than a year a cosigner will be needed. The applications and fees can be mailed or delivered to the office.
